"I've never gotten over the thrill of seeing someone walk into their new home for the first time," says Clark Wilson. "It's a passion, really."

Over the years he's handed house keys to everyone from first time buyers to retirees walking into the home that has occupied their dreams for decades. And now he turns his attention to the most important generation of all: the next one.

"Green living is no longer for a select few — we simply can't afford it to be. Our idea is to build homes that are efficient, comfortable, healthy and attractive all at the same time, and that offer people-friendly, and earth-friendly features and options. All of these things make a home last longer and appreciate faster. And nothing is greener than that."
